Returns Policy

We make every effort to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if still you are not 100% satisfied with your ordered item, you can return your order for a full refund of paid price.

However, you must understand that we couldn't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Our return policy is very simple, you can return the products easily from your door-step (applicable only for serviceable pin codes within India) just need to take care the below point when you want to return an item:

To return a product please mail us at within 3 days you received the parcel.Otherwise return will not be accepted by Us.

  • Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
  • You can return part items also of an order in that case same return policy also applicable.

Please NOTE : If you Opted for Tailoring Service, All Custom Made Products are non-returnable and No Refund will be Paid.

Refund Policy

Once your return parcel has received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you return parcel got approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your refund request was rejected by our team then we will ship again the item back to you and in that case you will have to pay the shipping charges.

You can get your refund within 1 or 3 days as per the mode of payment you made when purchasing the item.

In case you want to exchange the product with other items we will give you store credit to checkout.

Payment mode:

  1. If you paid the item price with debit card, credit card or net banking then you will refund into your bank account within 3 days after we received the product.
  2. If you paid using COD then you will need to provide your bank details with the following details so we will transfer the amount excluding shipping price to your bank account :

              b) Bank branch

              c) A/c No

              d) IFSC code

      3.If you pay using wallet option such as Paytm wallet then we will transfer the amount to your paytm account. In that case you need to provide us your Paytm account details at
